Have Pain When Turning The Leg After The Injury?

I have had an injury while going up for a header for the ball and in my landing something cracked in my knee. I couldnt strech it out and felt like my knee was loose.. I got an MRI scan and results said i have a fissure in my acl ligament and a bruised bone femur at the end of it. Now after 6 months ive tried getting back on my feet but at my training i have problems changing directions. When i have to twist my knee or turn different directions i get a pain like a needle and small bone comes out on the side of the right knee cap on the interior side just under knee cap. And i cant strech it out again for maybe 2-3 hours.. And after its little better. What should i do to heal it up?

It looks to me that you had ACl and meniscus injury. My first advice for yo is to repeat MRI scan as some time these injuries appears better in MRI after few months. Are you able to run or rise staircase. ACL needed in these activity. Ifmri shows tear in meniscus or ACL you may need surgery. These injuries do not heal by themselves. Avoid playing games till your fresh MRI is done as chances of progression of injuries are there.
