Hi, Priyanka
Thanks for posting your query to this forum.
You seem to have post inflammatory hyper pigmentation on the nose. The pigmentation in your case seems to be mixed type that is superficial as well as deep.
With peels the superficial pigmentation seems to have reduced which has made you feel that the marks have gone lighter.
Sorry to disappoint you but to be true there is no permanent way to remove such marks.
Treatment of such marks require lot of patience and time.
The following may help:
-continue peels alternating with micro dermabrasion
-apply
hydroquinone,
tretinoin and momatosone based cream at night under dermatological guidance.
-avoid sun exposure as much as possible especially 10am to 3 pm.
- use a broad spectrum sunscreen during the day.
-avoid any procedure on face and nose at a local parlor.
-take a diet rich in fruits and vegetables.
-take oral
beta carotene (Stop it just before marriage) and
vitamin C and E
-drink plenty of water.
Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further queries in this regard.
Wish you all the best.
