Have Pimple Around The Penis. No Medication Till Now. What Can Be The Cause And The Remedy For This?

ello everyone let me just start of by saying I appreciate any help or suggestions from anyone, I understand that this is no ones problem but by own. I am unemployed college student scared too death and just need a second opinion. That being said
WWW.WWWW.WW WWW.WWWW.WW WWW.WWWW.WW WWW.WWWW.WW I am a 21 year old male recently in the past 6-8 months I have had these pimples occur around my penis on the base of the skin( not on it) and between my thighs. This problem is mostly in between by thighs I am a little overweight but nothing significant , but yet I feel my thighs rub together and painful pimples form around and where they have rubbed against each other. I do tend to pop the pimples because it just hurts so much every step i take. I don't think it normal pimples though because there have been times where its like boil like and even after i pop it takes about 2-3 weeks for it go away completely and sometimes scabs occur. Recently though I have noticed between my thighs and the base of my penis where its still skin there have been these black spots forming and they just look disgusting and it seems as if its spreading more. I dont think its herpes because I have a physician look at it and she said she didn't think it was herpes ( she only saw the scabs from past pimples, no actual pimples or black spots were there at the time) Im terrified of what it is and I have no insurance so I cant consult with a specialist, This has been so detrimental too my self esteem and i'm so self conscious about it. Please anyone who can help and has a professional outlook on my situation, any advice or diagnosis would be extremely helpful. BTW I have only been with 1 woman in the past 10 months and she a less than reputable woman.
