Have Problem In Vision After An Accident. Had Headache, Dizzy And Disoriented. What To Do?

Hi a few yrs back i had a bike accident where i was sitting at the back when we hit the ground i stood up and immediately I became very pale, clammy, and began to have tunnel vision as if I were going to black out. Then the black out turned into a white out. It was as if I could see TOO MUCH light, my friend wearing a white shirt became near invisible in the flood of brighteness. I was dizzy, disoriented, nauseous, cold and sweaty. The weirdest parts, as I said, was the fact that I could not see anything light colored - other than general shapes. Everything became super bright, but not painful to my eyes like looking at a bright light..... aft that i have just got really bad headache by my temples and when i open my mouth i feel the pan a little less or it i tie my head wit cloth my back outs have come on different occasions like a 7month gap o even more this is the 4th time it has occurred in like 8 yrs what could b wrong?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hi, From your history you may be having a old subdural haematoma which has affected the part of your brain involving image and colour vision.Associated with it you have to rule out traumatic optic neuropathy where at the time of accident you may have damaged your optic nerve. I would suggest you to visit a neuro-ophthalmologist and a neurologist who can rule out these causes. You may need re imaging of your brain and eye....Don't panic ...everything will be fine...TC..Dr ajay shankar kar
