Have Prolapsed Rectum. Stomach Pain, Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, Vomiting

I have a prolapsed rectum diagnosed middle last year and yesterday I have had a proctogram showing my small bowel has fell and they have seen pockets I am now awaiting seeing a specialist who will give me full results, my stomach has been aching for months back ache and pain in left shoulder blade and under my right breast pain, recently I have vomited a few times, and have lost a few stone of weight without trying? can you say if this is cancer? or what..

nobody can tell you anything at this stage the prolapse of rectum is being cont since long and due to negligence it is involving intestines
the vomiting and prolapse indicate blocakage of gi tract whic can be found by gastroscopy and endoscopy and if some tissue enlarge the biopsy can be taken to find the cause
