Have Recurring Lump On Top Of Bone Under Left Eye Socket. What Is It?

This happens once a year, my second time. There is a tender lump to the touch that sits on top of bone under left eye socket closer to nose. There is a slight swelling , sort of where under eye "bags" are. The lump is around the size of pea. The last time this happened it shrunk and went away over a week or so period. When depressed there is a slight tenderness. What could this possibly be???

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From history it seems that you might have some infection or block in naso-lacrimal duct causing this problem.
Put some antibiotic or 20 % sulphacetamide drops 4-5 times a day for few days.
If there is no improvement, consult ophthalmologist and get examined.
After proper diagnosis, go for the treatment accordingly.
Ok and bye.
