Have Red Dots On Soft Palette, Runny Nose And Headache. No Fever. Cure?
Hello, I ve been sick for a few days now. Started with pain in my soft palette and there was a lot of pressure in my face. Then I got full blown sick with a running nose , headache , and post nasal drip . This morning i noticed two small, red dots on my soft palette. They look like small bursted blood vessels. I haven t had a fever , and my tonsils don t have any white on them.

You get Xray PNS WATERS view to diagnose Sinusitis
Take Doxi 100 mgm bd for 5 days
Take Tab FEXOFENADINE 120 mg bd
apply kenacort mouth gel locally over the palate and effected portions of mouth
Syp tossex 1/2 tsf at night
Take meftal sos for fever
