Have Reduced Number Of Days In Periods. Have Been Trying To Conceive For A Long Time. Can This Be Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor,
i am trying to conceive my second baby from more than a year now. Had regular periods, medium flow, deficient in ferretin and iron. I never experienced breast tenderness and light headedness before or after periods, but this month it is still there after my menses are over. also this month I had only 3 days period with some spotting for day 4, usually it is a 5 day cycle. could this be pregnancy?

Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
The above mentioned symptoms are mostly due to hormonal changes not because of pregnancy because you have regular period.
You can consult with gynaecologist for urine, blood test and ultrasonography to rule out pregnancy.
Good luck.
Take care.
