Have Restless Legs, Pain, EMG Done, Suggested As Nerve Damage. Treatment Line ?

Went today to have an EMG done on both of my legs. I have restless legs but the pain that I experience most of the time is completely different. During the exam the dr. asked if I had sarcoidosis. I have had it for many years but did not understand why he asked. He said that I had nerve damage. He will send the report to my dr. I am really wondering how and why this could be in my legs and also wondering what kind of treatment for this.

The restlessness and pain in the legs due to a nerve damage can be treated with medicines like pregabalin or gabapentin. Methylcobalamin supplements are also helpful when used in appropriate dosage.
