Hi! I have had a small amount of right side, groin pain for years. Slowly and gradualy getting worse over time. I run , hike and bike. The last year i have had to stop all such activity. My groins are so extremely tight that I am unable to lift my legs very high or able to open them to ride a horse. I have gotten little to no releif from Aleive ect. still do some walking and try to strech. Whats causing this chronic pain and lack of mobility??
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The pain and tightness in the groin on one side could be due to enlarged lymph nodes in the area, infection, muscle spasm or a joint pathology. A direct examination is needed for proper diagnosis. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
