Have Secondary Polycythemia. Are Lymph Node On Back Of Neck, Headaches Related To Polycythemia?

I have had secondary polycythemia for 2years I noticed a lump on the back of my neck was told it was a lymph node. It's been there for more then a month. It's about an inch around firm and has no movement. My neck and back crack and I have head pain on the back of my head. Does this have anything to do with polycythemia?

Hello,
Thanks for the query.

Polycythemia may be related to swollen lymph nodes.

As there is increase in number of WBC.

However fixity of lymph node may be alarming.

You can go for an ultrasound or FNAC of the lymph node.

Please meet a dermatologist for exact diagnosis.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.

you can ask a direct question to me on this forum, following the below link.
