Have Severe Back Pain With Spams, Swelling Lower Abdomen With Discharge. Getting MRI Done
Dr. Samuel, I've been battling severe back pain with painful spams, so painful that I would scream.I've gone to different Doctor's eight of them so far,I'm finally going to get and MRI because I have a back condition so the last five weeks I've been going through this now there's swelling in my lower abdomen that a part of it is leaking clear fluid juat start or I noticed it today.
I understand your concern for Dr. Samule. However, I hope you do not mind when I answer your condition. I think the back pain with painful spasms can be treated with centrally acting muscle relaxants like chlorzoxazone or baclofen and peripheral neuropathic medications like pregabalin or gabapentin. I hope you ask for this at your next doctor's appointment. Also seeing a psychiatrist might not be a good idea to vent out your feelings. The swelling with the leaking clear fluid needs a surgeon's attention, however your first stop should be the ER or an appointment with your doctor at the day clinic.
Take care and have a lovely day!
