sometimes it has been seen that medications like tri-cyclic anti-depressants like amitriptyline can be used in migraine and is beneficial it will also help reduce pain of arthrogryposis but she needs attention from physiotherapist and occupational therapist as well so as to improve the range of movements , and improve the overall scenario. other medications which can be tried are to be discussed with a rheumatologist or orthopaedic surgeon many options are available but the mainstay of treatment must be non pharmacological.
