Have Severe Pain In Genital Area. All Test Normal. What Can Be The Cause And Remedy For This?

Hi,
I have been experiencing a pain in my genital area. It is a sharp pain that seems to run along my pubic bone and clitoris. It is not a constant pain but it comes every couple of days and when it does come it is very sharp and painful and stops me from doing anything, it only lasts for about 1 minute. I have been tested for STIs and my GP did a urine test and everything was clear. I also get a pain in the right side of my pelvis but I don't know if it is related. It is not brought on by sex or anything else, it is completely random.

Age is supposed to be an imp parameter, which could provide some insight into your problem.
Such features can also be explained due to pathology in urinary tract.
You should undergo a urologic evaluation, who may perform an USG abdomen.
