Have Severe Pain In The Head During Flight Which Prolongs. No Medication Till Now. What Can This Be?

Hello, I was in a flight yesterday and I experience a really strong pain in the left hand side of my head, I have google it and seems to be aero sinusitis, but today I'm with the same pain, this have happened to me before, not flying but the pain is not that bad, in the same area though. Could you advice the solution please?

hi, you have not mentioned about the travel, duration of travel? and it could be jet lag also. need some rest till your circadian rhythm is stabilised. if it is sinusitis, take some antibiotics, analgesics and home remedy like steam inhalation will help.
