Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Many patients do present to be with similar complaints, in your case it appears to be proctalgia fugax, pain ful spasm of rectum withoutany cause usually associated with stress. The cause of headache is again stress. De-stressing, consuming plenty of oral fluids and good sleep will definitely improve your symptoms.

Do get back to me if you have any other query.

Take care
