hi, Its have been getting sharp pains in the left of my head above my ears for quite some time now it has become more frequent in the last 2 weeks, the pian only last about 5 to 10 seconds. i have also been getting similar sharp pains in my rectum that also come and go without any signs these pains also last about 5 to 10 seconds. i have been to doctors so many times but they don t seem to be interested, i am very worried, i do suffer from sacroiliac joint problems also thank you.
Many patients do present to be with similar complaints, in your case it appears to be proctalgia fugax, pain ful spasm of rectum withoutany cause usually associated with stress. The cause of headache is again stress. De-stressing, consuming plenty of oral fluids and good sleep will definitely improve your symptoms.
Do get back to me if you have any other query.
Take care
