Have Sharp Pains In The Chest & Stomach, Hands, Wrists. Urine Looks Dehydrated. Sleeping Disorder. Treatment?

I have a random occurrence of sharp pains in my chest and stomach. I also have sharp pains in my hands and wrists. My mouth is extremely dry no matter how much I drink water(even though I don't drink a lot). I recently took a drug test for a job and the assisting nurse said my urine looked like I was dehydrated. I don't sleep much due to school and finals week, although I hardly ever feel tired. Sometimes when I lay down it seems like my head is spinning. I also drink alcohol. I wouldn't consider myself an alcoholic but, I participate in college activities.

Dear
In alternative medicine / ayurveda your presentation leads to the fact there is vaatic imbalance which is responsible for sharp pains and dryness and dehydrated version of urine. Avoid stress and strain and have proper rest and light exercise. Rule of hyperacidity if any. Usually we use guggul based compounds to restore normalacy. Use of a clove or two of garlic may offer good relief.
