It will be helpful if you give more details about :-
1. What is your age?
2. What type of job profile you have - whether it is stress related?
Your symptoms appear more of anxiety. Still you should get following investigations done :-
1. Nasal examination
2. ECG.
3. Echocardiography.
You should do yoga and meditation and also have a positive approach towards life.
If the symptoms persists, get yourself examined clinically by a Physician.
Also get your nasal passage examined by an ENT specialist to rule out any obstructive pathology in the nose.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
