I have shoulder pain. I am unable to move my right arm backward. There is pain in the bone of my upper arm also. Find it difficult to put on shirt because of pain. I also have knee pain , lower back pain and spondylitis etc. What is the solution to this problem. I also use computer extensively. YYYY@YYYY (Alam)
Whenever we answer a question , it is very important for us to know the age and sex of the patient. Anyways, shoulder pain radiating to upper arm with restriction of shoulder movement due to pain may be due to shoulder pathology ( unlikely due to cervical spondylitis in which shoulder movement should not worsen the pain ).It may be periarthritis of shoulder which wil be better with exercise in due course of time.
Since multiple joint pains have been suggested, arthritis ( rheumatoid ) cannot be ruled out ( if early morning stiffness and involvement of small joints of hand).
