Have Skin Discoloration Between Thighs And Scrotum. Cause And Cure?

Hi, I ve got skin discolouration in between my thighs and scrotum . I ve tried all types of anti bacterial and anti fungal creams and haven t got any positive results. The discolouration is spreading slowly. Thishas been around for a fewm months now, six to be exact. Could you help me out here. It looks very bad. I m a very hygienic person and keep myself clean.

use homoeopathic medicine 1. natrum sulf 200, 5 drop mor eve and sepia 200 , 5 drop noon and night , avoid those area moist
