Have Sleeplessness. Loss Of Body Muscle. Yellow Urine. How To Recover?

sir,
my self Milan Naskar from Bengal. i have been suffering from complete sleeplessness for almost six years. i have tried a lot and went different doctors but result is zero. i can not find out the actual reason of this problem.i think frustration hopelessness and doing sex with neighbours wife. it may be but i am not sure.
my present condition is - i go to bed at 10 at night and the eys remain closed but sense is complete awake.
chest become dried like a ten years boy but my age is 33. now i feel hesitate to anywhere because of my so much slimy body. urine is quite yellow throughout the year.
will i be recovered from this problem, how ? YYYY@YYYY

*The first thing is vto scrutise & also realise the facets in your present life style & corelate with your basic thoughts & background -about life & morals.
I feel you have wondered far away from these.
*Secondly- Please get an expert neurophysician's consultation (with a psychological councelling). Get yourself throughly investigated( the yellow urine indicates urine test) & take the medicines adviced.
*Regular physical exercizes, along with neutritious diet are essential
* Get attched to some Yoga teacher yoga physical/mental exercizes (pranayama&meditation) will help you to be + ve.
* Having a bath & a glass of milk before going to bed- followed by YOGANIDRA casset are found to improve sleep habbits.
