Have Soft Patches Of Skin On The Scalp. Dime Sized. When Rubbing With Finger It Hurts. Clear Liquid Draining. Feel Its Zit. Acne?

I have soft patches of skin that develop periodically on my scalp they are about the size of a dime sometimes smaller. They kinda hurt when I rub my finger across them. Eventually clear like liquid drains out when enough pressure is placed on it or if its scratched. Then they scab or and bleed. When I pull a hair out of it with a tweezer, it looks infected as if its a zit or infected hair follicle? Is this acne from using hair product? Or something different?

You might have developed a scalp eczema.

The description given by you matches with this.

Another possibility is an allergy to hair products.

A photograph would have helped me in giving a closer diagnosis.

You can try a mild steroid cream.

Meeting a dermatologist will be best.
