Have Stenosis Lad, Cholesterol Under Control. Family History Of High Cholesterol. Anything Serious?

Hi - I have just learned I have 30% stenosis lad and 40=50% stenosis of 2nd diagonal. I was told this is not serious enough to have anything done at this time. Would you agree? I am a 72 year female, in excellent health, exercise regularly. My cholesterol ratio of ldl/hdl is below 5. I have a family history of high cholesterol but that is the only health issue I have.

Respected ma'm
Thanks for your query to us.
Yes, We agree with your physician that a stenosis of 30% in LAD and I am afraid that no comment is possible only on Cholesterol/ HDL ratio only. We need complete lipid profile and your clinical profile to comment on that.
Hope this helps.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
