Have Stomach Pain And Loose Stools. Found Red Bits In Stool. Can Watermelon Cause This?

Hello, and thank you for taking time to help me with a issue I am having. For the past three days I have had stomach pain and have had loose stools . Just today I say red little bits in and around my soft stool. I have not eaten any tomatoes, but I have been eating watermelon. Could watermelon be whats causing the red bits?
