Hi, thanks for using HCM.
Yes endometriosis can appear in many of intra abdominal organs. few cases have already noted with gall bladder endomeriosis. Pelvic pain during menstruation or ovulation are symptom of endometriosis. Endometriosis can be suspected based on the pattern of symptoms, and sometimes during a physical examination, but the definite diagnosis is confirmed by surgery, usually laparoscopy. diagnosis is based on the characteristic appearance of the disease, and should be corroborated by a biopsy.
Hope this helps you.
