Hi,

I can understand your concern for the abnormal sensation in the lower legs.

I tried very hard to search exactly what does this "charlie horses" means but I was not able to find any such term in medical literature. Even then after reading your rest of the symptoms I suggest you to please consult a orthopedician for best of the guidance.

For the time being period you can take a pain killer tablet containing either paracetamol or diclofenac for one or two times a day. You can additionally take a tablet containing Vitamin B12 also known as Cyanocobalmine.

I hope these information will help you.
Take care.
