Hi I have had vaginal problems on and off it seems like forever now. It started with a bv infection from that went to a yeast infection back to a bv infection. To problems on the out side red swollen clit with a white discharge. I have used steroid creams n a fluocinonide ointment which the dr. Told me to stop using. The redness n swelling around the vaginial is getting worse very painful raw has cuts on it it looks very alarming. I was just at drs. No yeast is present or bv on the inside I was told it maybe cv n to take warm baths with baking soda in it.. Iv been doing this for three days now. The swelling wont go down the pain is president n I can't handle the stinging from the cuts. What should I do. Iv also been tested for stds n herpies all negative. Please help.

Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the bacterial veginitis, yiest, mixed infection. there may be diabetis as well. There may be some infection to the partneras well.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis and testing of the blood sugar is also important. Examination of the both the partners is also important .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms hematinics, fluconazole, cifixime, ornidazole, and ketokonazole soap for bath.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
