Have Swelling And Pain In The Arm Along With Tenderness. Had A Fall Earlier. Can This Be A Break Or Hemotoma?

I feel onto my concrete step today and hit what appears to be the ulna bone on my arm..no pain just tenderness to the touch although the swollen area is the skin right over that bone. If its not painful...is it possible that there is no break just a hemotoma? The swelled area is soft to the touch and not badly bruised....just red at 12 hrs later.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

You can wait for sometime to allow trauma to heal.
If it is not painful and movement is not restricted, there is little chance of fracture.
At present you can take analgesics with serrtopeptidase tablets.
You can also take antacid tablets.
Give rest to involved part.
Get well soon.

Take care
