Have Swollen Leg With Bruise, Injured Shin, Discolored And Disfigured Leg. Normal X Ray. Should I Meet Doctor?

I injured my right shin 3 months ago when I slipped getting out of a pool and slammed it against the edge. My leg was very swollen, painful and I had a large bruised lump at the impact site. I had an xray at the time and was told no fracture. It is still discoloured, disfigured, swollen and painful. Not sure if I need to go back to my doctor.

Hi,
As still you got swelling, bruises and lump at injured site requires evaluation of your case.
There might be having formed hematoma or localized infection or even osteomyelitis of shin of tibia.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
