Have Swollen Lymph Node In Right Armpit With Sizable Lump Behind My Left Knee. What Should I Do?

I have had a swollen lymph node in my right armpit for 7 months now. Also, there is a sizable lump behind my left knee . The only other symptoms I have are that I cannot tolerate warmth (not heat; anything above 68 degrees is intolerable), and am awakened nightly by excessive heat (even in winter) and my arm falling asleep though I am not lying on that side. Saw my Gynecologist today for blood work and will have a mammogram and an axial ultrasound next week. Is there anything else I should do proactively? Thank you.

Hi, you have got a swollen lymphnode in right armpit, since 7 months, a lump behind the left knee, can't tolerate heat . Gynacologist ordered mammogram and blood work.
For axillary lymphnode it is O.K. for knee lump and tolerability to heat you consult an orthopedic surgeon, thank you.
