Have Tender Breast, Bloated Stomach, Nausea, Moody, Gastritis. Negative Pregnancy Test. Ovarian Cysts?

Hi,
My breast are tender, my stomach is bloated and hard, I have had sharp pains in the tummy along with feelings of nausea, I have been moody, my boobs have grown in size, I have been producing more gas than normal. I have just taken a pregnancy test and its negative. Could I have ovarian cysts?? I have read that some of the am I pregnant systems cross over to ovarian cysts.
Please help .... ps should I go to the doctor ?

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation there is possibility of pregnancy.
Sometimes urine pregnancy test kits may not detect early pregnancy.
But just by symptoms we cannot confirm or rule out the pregnancy.
So you once consult gynecologist get examined and go for ultrasound.
By this the possibility of pregnancy can be find out and also the possibility of ovarian cyst etc can be rule out.
