I m 35. My total cholesterol is 249. My LDL is 173 and my HDL is 62. Triglycerides are 70. My weight is around 155 and I m 5 8 . Blood pressure is good. I ve been eating badly lately, and smoking and drinking. I can kinda pinpoint why it would be high, but I wonder how long this will take to lower to acceptable levels, and I wonder if it s an incidental spike rather than something I have as a condition. That s because I had good cholesterol a few years ago.
