Have Three Blockages And Needs Pacemaker. Given Heparin. Chances Of Survival After Surgery?

I have a friend at age 54 who had a triple bypass 15 years ago. Today, all 3 are blocked and needs a pacemaker for the left side of his heart. He has been turned away due to no health coverage. He was given heparan and sent home. What chances does he have without surgery or further healthcare. In other words, how long does he have to live?

3 grafts are blocked diagnosed by angiography or just by clinical suspicion? pacemaker is adviced for decrease heart rate . i think either CRT OR ICD is adviced by doctor ( ejection fraction of LV is most probably reduced , or arrhythmia-VT/VF are going on) . these device are very costly.
prognosis depend upon - 1) ejection fraction of LV 2) severity of mitral regurgitation 3) severity of pulmonary hypertension 4) severity of symptoms 5) which arrhythmia are going on 6) associated disease such as hypertension, DM,COPD, kidney dysfunction
discuss in detail with your treating doctor for prognosis
