sir, past ten years I was suffering hypothyroid, eventhough I take continuous medicine eltrocine 100mg, what is the correct method to take medicine, why because in our village no specialist and also I am working abroad ,that area has no thyroid clinic , pl give your address as well as cell no : I can easily contact, pl help , mail id YYYY@YYYY

Hello.

The best way to take the medication is as soon as you get up in the morning. This is empty stomach. Following this you must keep 60 minutes gap for your routine morning drink or breakfast. You can have water during this gap. With this your thyroid will be managed optimally.
