Have To Lay On The Bed Due To Stomach Pain, Back Pain, Headaches And Slight Normal High Blood Pressure During Pregnancy. Is This Normal?

I m on 3rd pregnancy first two were great but developed hellp syndrome with 1st this pregnancy I m 14 weeks so much nausea stomach pain and back pain is sooo bad im so exhausted i cant even function in the day i just need to lay down all the time i did not have this in the other pregnancies so I feel worried there s some thing wrong I have had had headaches on and off. My blood pressure is in the high but normal so not worried about blood pressure I feel bed ridden is this normal???

At 14 weeks of gestation, it is right now too early to have a raised blood pressure. The pain in the back can be related to lax joints caused by the change in hormonal levels. You do not need to be bed ridden so soon.
