Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

As you have mentioned your four teeth are decayed, I would suggest you to visit the dentist and get the checkup done, take an x-ray of the tooth.

Since you have mentioned there is no pain in the tooth the tooth can be treated with restoration.
If the infection is deep involving the pulp tissue can be treated with root canal treatment.

Yellow teeth can be due to extrinsic stains such as plague and calculus deposition, consumption of coffee, tea you can go for symptomatic treatment of complete mouth scaling and polishing.
If the yellow discolouration is due to intrinsic stains can be because of hereditary conditions, excessive fluoride intake this can be treated with bleaching, veneers and bondings.

Hope this helps out.

Regards..

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Decayed teeth has to be restored soon and the black discolouration is due to the occurrence of arrested caries.
Yellowish teeth may be due to -
Plaque and calculus deposition.
Flurosis of teeth.
Get thorough scaling done.
If yellowish teeth still appears, get bleaching/veneering done.
Please do visit your dentist for further treatments.
Take care.

Hi,
Hello and welcome to HCM,

Since it is clinically visible that the teeth are already decayed visit the dentist once.

Since you are not having pain based on Xray findings, if the decay is not deep enough restorations ie., fillings of the teeth are enough.
But if the decay is extending deep close to or involving pulp ,they might require root canal treatment.

The yellowish colour of teeth might be due to calculus ie.,deposits on tooth surface or due to fluorosis.

The treatment for this is get a Scaling done once ,and if the yellow colour still persists better get a bleaching done or veneering.

Hope so this will help you,

Thank you.
