General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

Let me try to explain each parameter with abnormal readings in order to suggest the possible diagnosis.
-Amorphous urates/phosphates: They are also commonly seen in urine of healthy individuals especially when the urine is acidic, but can be seen in the presence of a urinary tract infection (UTI) as well
-Epithelial cells: Most cases of epithelial cells in the urine is a normal phenomenon due to the sloughing/shedding of epithelial tissue, to replace old tissue with new one. Thus, small amounts are considered normal. But, the presence of epithelial tissue can also be linked to some abnormalities like nephrotic syndrome and UTI's if present in large quantities
-Bacteria: Is present in two occasions. The more likely one is in the presence of a UTI with a bacterial source, and a very rare possibility is due to contamination of the urine sample (very rare)
-RBC: The presence of blood in the urine in small quantities or large is linked to a number of pathologies like- infections, stones in the renal tract, inflammatory conditions of the bladder, disorders of the kidneys and so on
-Pus cells: The presence of pus cells in the urine indicates the presence of some abnormality in the body. These can be: kidney or bladder infections, allergies, inflammatory disorders, infection in urethra, stones in renal tract, or in various other situations being individual specific (eg. pregnancy, diabetes, sexually transmitted infections, poor hygiene, etc.)

In my opinion, the most likely diagnosis with such a report is an infection. Source could be bacterial. It would be advisable to visit your doctor, who will correlate the result clinically and advice a course of antibiotics to control the infection.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.

General & Family Physician Dr. Das Arindam's  Response
Hello, Welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, your urine examination report indicates presence of red blood cells. Generally it should be absent.

So, you should be searched for presence of any stone, tumor, trauma.

Do an ultrasound scan of lower abdomen and then consult with your treating doctor about it.

Hope this will be helpful.

Regards.
