Have Very Itchy, Flaky, Dry, Raised Patches Of Skin On My Labia Majora. Any STD?

I have had very itchy, flaky, dry, raised patches of skin on my labia majora . It gradually started and though I have put lotion and oil for the dryness it is persistent and has lasted for a couple months and is getting worse. I have not put myself in any situations where I could have gotten an STD/ STI . Is there any way to fix it?

as per the details u have given,
u were propably having PSORIASIS/TINEA INFECTION/LICHEN SIMPLEX CHRONICUS..U NEED TO BE EXAMINED PROPERLY BY A DERMATOLOGIST..TO CONFIRM THE FINAL DIAGNOSIS. dermatological conditions should be seen by eye to come to conclusion.. so i advise u to consult a dermatologist.
