Have Vibration In The Scrotum. Had Hernia Surgery Earlier. What To Do For This Now?

I do have a hernia surgery 1 year ago on the right side. suddenly I am feeling little vibration on the left side of my scrotum. it vibrate almost every day now but not for longer period but frequently. i don't have any pain during that time the vibration only occurred in a specific point of my scrotum, i m 23 years old. i m very worried please suggest me wat i need to do now...

Good day!

Vibration in the scrotum might be peristalsis from intestinal segment that is herniating. I suggest you see a general surgeon or a urologist to do a physical examination to rule out a possibility of a hernia. The doctor might even request an inguinal ultrasound to confirm this. Inguinal hernias need to be corrected surgically to prevent strangulation and incarceration of bowel sgments.
