Have Weight Gain And Irregular Periods. Have Been A Regular Drinker. All Tests Done. What To Do?

Hello, I hope all is well. Thanks, in advance, for your time.
I am a 31 year old female. I recently experienced abnormal weight gain (30 lbs in 6 months). I have been a regular drinker for about 19 years. My liver enzymes came back highly elevated. My SGOT was at 245. I am neg for Hep A. B and C.
What prompted me to see my doctor was my weight gain and irregular menstrual cycle, fatigue, depression, foggy memory, muscle aches.....along with other awkward symptoms. The doctor put me on Levothyroxine and then ran labs a week later. I was sent to an endocrinologist and gynecologist. Under their instructions, I was asked to refrain from taking any meds. It turns out that my TSH and hormone levels are normal. I see a hepatologist this week.
Can all these symptoms be related to one particular condition? I have been on a liquid diet for 4 months because I cannot keep solids down. I work out almost every day and have not lost any weight. I run 6-9 miles approx. 5-6 days a week.

Please try to help me find an answer. Thank you.

hi, you are gaining weight.. and irregular periods...it could be due to the alcohol intake... it gives empty calories which will make you obese... obesity will increase or exaggerate PCOD.. it is better if you abstain from the alcohol.. nice to know that you are regularly going for walk.. continue to do that... take fresh vegetables and fruits... see your gynaecologist for irregular periods. all the best.
