generally i see sex dreams in night due to this my sperm is come out and my cloth get bad... what i do.. how can i solve this problem... and my penis size is also small how can i make that big for a girl. and my sperm is come out very quickly when i do this with hand... plz help how can i increase my ejaculation time period...

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
problem of night emission. This is normal to have emission at the age of adolescence and it will get resolved over a period of time without any treatment.
As regards size of your penis ,please note that length of the penis in flaccid state is not important it is the hardness on erection that is important from the point of view of sexual satisfaction.
As regards early ejaculation Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking..
