Have Yellow Discharge From Urethra. Not Sexually Active. Smells Awful. What Is This?
hi i am a 15 year old girl, never been sexually active and i've been having this yellow discharge from the my anus( like where i pee), not butt. it has been almost a year now and i thought with time it would leave but it did not.It does not come that heavily most the time but it forms yellow mucus on my underwear and it smells awful. i sometimes find a buildup of that semisolid mucus on the epithelium of my anus.what is this from? thanks.
Urine exits through an opening called the urethra and stool through the opening called anus.
Females can have a normal vaginal discharge but it should not be associated wit an odor. It would normally be clear to white. The yellow discharge may be as result of a yeast infection which can happen in women even if they are not sexually active.
You can consider asking someone to get an over the counter cream or ovule for you that would treat your infection. This would include medications such as clotrimazole, miconazole, terconazole or mycostatin
I hope this helps
