Having A Circular Red Rash, Bump On The Elbow. What Rash Could It Be And Treatment?

Hi, I have a circular red rash that kinds is shaped like a heart near my elbow but on my forearm. It doesn't itch and it has been there for a week now. There is no spreading either. I have gotten a rash on my elbows and knees before but it was raised red bumps caused by heat and sweat and it usually went away within a few days, but im not sure what this new rash is!

You might be suffering from a skin condition called as Granuloma annulare.

The other possibility is tinea (fungal) infection.
