Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
After going through your history, any
chest pain must not be ignored so please get yourself examined by a good Physician and get a EKG done to be on safer side.
your pain could be related to pleura as the pain increases on deep breath, so physician will confirm it and if needed an X ray chest may be taken to detect if there is any thing.
This can be treated with antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs.,further treatment depends on cause.
Acid peptic disorder is another possibility but
antacid did not help so this is less likely.
The local ribs and
muscular pain is another possibility which will be clear after examination.
Hope this will help ,get physician examination as soon as possible,in the meantime if pain can be relieved by taking
analgesic like
Paracetamol.
Please take good care of yourself.
