Having Chest Pain While Laying On Left Or Right Side, Chest Tender, Suffered Miscarriage, Headache

I am having chest pain when I lay on my left or right side. The left side of my chest is very tender to touch, and this feeling extends down to my left arm . I suffered a miscarriage 2 weeks ago, but this pain only started two days ago. I also have a headache that is only on the left side of my temple..... Could this be tense muscles or something more?

I believe as your pain is increased while lying on one side and tenderness it may not be any lung or heart problem
It is something musculoskeletal in origin and with your history of miscarriage and headache it looks like a stress induced costochomdritis.
It is better to get a chest xray and 2decho to rule out any disease and then start on a pain killer and antidepressant
