Having Constant Stomach Rumbles, Loose Stool And Feeling Gassy. Any Cure?

I have been having constant stomach rumbles and gas for the past two days. It started Saturday night when I got ice cream before going to bed. I became very gassy. Sunday I was a little gassy, but it got worse after I ate 2 bowls of cereal. It continued to rumble and be gas until around 5 I began to have loose stools . Now its Monday morning and my stomach is still rumbling, gas, and loose stools

Hello,
You are having diarrhea (enterocolitis). You should avoid any meals which contain a lot of cereals or that have a lot of sugar for now. Take oral rehydration solution ( mixture of 1 sachet oral rehydration salt and 1 litre of clean water) and drink 2 to 3 litres daily. Antibiotics will not be necessary. But you could include metronidazole so to take care of any enteric germs that might also cause loose frequent stools.
If this persist, please consult your doctor for further evaluation.

Best regards
