Having Ear Pain, Not Able To Hear Properly. Given Ear Drops. Not Cured. What's Wrong?
Hi my husband is having a lot of pain in his ear. he went for swimming 2 weeks back and post that he is unable to hear properly.later on the pain also started. docters gave him a ear drop so that the wax can melt down and come out and he is applying that as well but the pain has no effect. it has increased and he is still unable to hear properly.
Hello,
A middle ear pathology (like a perforated ear drum) needs to be excluded and ear drops are not recommended unless he has been reviewed by an ENT specialist.
Suggest get in touch with one asap. Meanwhile, ibuprofen will help in lowering the pain.
Hello
i hope you had consulted a ENT SPECIALIST before starting the ear drop.Occasionally otomycosis(fungal external ear infectiue ) may occur in association with waxy debris or your husband might be having an underlying otitis media . Whatever the reason he needs to be evaluated urgently to not only relieve his pain but also prevent complications. At present u can start a painkiller (OTC)till you visit your ENT SPECIALIST.
Hope your husband a speedy recovery.

BELLADONNA 1M+ CHAMOMILLA 1M
BELLADONNA 10 PILLS AS A DOSE OF 30 GRAIN , MORNING AND EVENING
CHAMOMILLA 10 PILLS AS DOSE OF 30 GRAIN ,AFTERNOON AND NIGHT
