Having Fever And Found To Have Ear Infection. Given Calopol And Meftal But No Help. Suggest?

Hi May daughter is having fever since night
and we visited one doctor and he inspected and found that there could be ear infection

we had given her calpol around 10PM, but still the fever was not going much down. Now again at 5:AM we have given her Meftal-P and doing cold water strips on head, but still her fever is not coming down. Please suggest as soon as possible.

Hi,
Please see that Meftal-p is given in proper dose or not.
Give her plenty of water so that she gets perspiration and brings temperature down.
Continue cold water strips on head.
If temperature does not go down then take her to ER and get examined.
Ok and take care.
