Having Fever, Body Ache, Pain In Ankles, Cough. Advice?
I m 14 and have had a fever since yesterday morning these fevers range from 99.0 to 101.4 and changes constantly. My normal temp is 98.6 like most people. Yesterday along with this fever I had body aches from my shoulders down to my ankles and a nagging cough . Today, I still have the fever but no aches, and the cough has gotten worse. What is your diagnosis?
You seem to ahve a viral upper respiratory infection.
Are you producing any sputum or is it a dry cough?
Is there any rash?
You could take simple OTC cough, cold remedies and watcha couple of days.
If not better, you could consider seeing your doctor.
Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck!
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily.
Thank you!
