Having Fever, Stuffy Nose, Sore Throat, Headache, Tingling In Foot. Solution?

i am having flu like symptoms, including fever, stuffy nose and incredibly sore throat to the point of barely being able to swallow . i also have a headache that seems to be located from behind my right eye, and my right foot is having a sharp, tingly feeling. i am 18 years old, 5 4 and not entirely certain of my weight but it s around 170

Hi I am Dr.Kadhir,

These are characteristic features of flu, you need to take medicines like paracetamol for headache, some times it is important to treat the severity of head ache as some of them can precipitate migraine like symptoms (like what you have) with flu.
Antiseptic mouthwash should be goggled regularly at least 5 times a day until the sore throat settles. Cetrizine or any other antihistamine along with saline nasal drops will take care of your cold.

Antibiotics are usually not needed for viral flu , but it is better to take a throat swab if you are starting antibiotics.If you feel drowsy or unusually tired, having vomiting, blurring of vision then it is better to go the doctor.
